PinEventz.com is a trading platform of Alliance Media LLC (Company Registration No. 09238782). References to “PinEventz”, “we”, “our” and “us” refer to the PinEventz platform operated under that trading name. Relationship between Alliance Media LLC and PinEventz Ltd requires final legal confirmation before publication.
These Terms govern use of the PinEventz platform, website, future mobile applications and related services. By accessing or using PinEventz, users agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account. People under 18 may participate in events only with parental or guardian consent where required.
2. User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining account security, protecting credentials, keeping information accurate and all activity conducted under their accounts. PinEventz may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Event Listings
Event organisers are responsible for event accuracy, venue arrangements, ticket pricing, safety compliance, legal permissions, licences and event delivery. PinEventz acts as a platform provider and is not the organiser of third-party events.
4. Ticket Sales
Ticket sales are subject to the organiser’s displayed refund policy. PinEventz may process payments on behalf of organisers. Fees may be non-refundable unless required by law. Refund requests must follow the applicable event terms.
5. Marketplace Services
Vendors and suppliers are responsible for product quality, service delivery, accurate pricing and legal compliance. PinEventz does not guarantee the performance of independent third-party vendors.
6. User-Generated Content
Users retain ownership of submitted content. By posting, users grant PinEventz a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, publish, reproduce, distribute and promote that content for platform operation and promotion.
7. Prohibited Activities
- Uploading illegal or infringing content.
- Harassing or abusing users.
- Misrepresenting identities.
- Distributing malware or attempting unauthorised system access.
- Conducting fraudulent transactions.
8. Intellectual Property
Platform software, branding, graphics, design and other proprietary elements are owned by or licensed to PinEventz/Alliance Media LLC. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PinEventz is not liable for event cancellations, lost profits, indirect damage, business interruption, third-party conduct or marketplace disputes.
10. Account Suspension
PinEventz may suspend or terminate accounts where these Terms, policies or applicable law are violated.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction stated in the approved final legal version.
