Each guest can receive a personalised pass with a secure QR code generated automatically by Pineventz. Guests never need to provide or design their own QR code.

Can I collect meal preferences and dietary requirements?+

Yes. Organisers can collect meal choices, drinks, allergies, accessibility needs and other approved guest preferences.

Can I upload a guest list?+

Yes. You can add guests manually or import a CSV guest list with a review step before invitations are prepared.

Can I manage VIP guests separately?+

Yes. The system supports guest, VIP, staff, vendor and press categories with different access details where needed.

Can I track who has responded?+

Yes. Organisers can see opened, pending, confirmed, declined and no-response guests from their Smart Invitations dashboard.

How do I start?+

Go to Account Centre, choose Smart Invitations and select your event. If you have not created an event yet, you will be asked to create one first, then connect Smart Invitations to it.
