Each guest can receive a personalised pass with a secure QR code generated automatically by Pineventz. Guests never need to provide or design their own QR code.
Detailed allergies, accessibility needs and personal contacts are not printed openly on the card. They remain available only to authorised staff.
Authorised staff can scan a guest pass, search by name or use a backup code while Pineventz records the result and blocks duplicate or invalid access attempts.
Secure tokens link each pass to the correct guest and event without exposing personal information inside the QR code.

Go to Account Centre, choose Smart Invitations and select your event. If you have not created an event yet, you will be asked to create one first, then connect Smart Invitations to it.
Open Smart Invitations, connect it to your Pineventz event and choose the plan that fits your guest experience.
